PRESS RELEASE (Third) - Revealing of the High Servant of the Lord God
3rd November 2013 (The Fifth Message to the World)

peoples and nations that do not proclaim My holy name), and I have heard their cries
because of their anxieties, worries, fears, forced sins and iniquities, removal of freedoms,
threats, attacks, even unto murderers and martyrdom … because they are My peoples …
because they are “of Me” … because they declare My holy name or that of the holy name
of He who is My “Most Holy Anointed One” - and indeed I thoroughly know all their
sorrows!

I, the Lord God, have come down to deliver My peoples and nations … and those of My
peoples scattered throughout the other peoples and nations “not of Me.”

These things will I do through the hands of My High Servant … for I, the Lord God, will
be with him at all times and will empower him with My Godly power and might, unto
My Godly wisdom, and greater, and encourage him unto My Godly comfort, peace, calm,
and clarity of mind - so that he may focus upon Me one-hundred percent, and ONLY Me.

A sign unto all the Earth that I have sent My High Servant are encompassed within these
seven actions:

 Declare

 Restore
 Warn
 Perform
 Reveal
 Judge
 Fulfill

When My High Servant begins to do any and all of these actions, such shall be a sign to
both him and to ALL the Earth … that I have sent him in My name and authority, to
declare My words and to do the things I have tasked him with (many of which are given
here).

In generality and specificity will I, the Lord God, do all these things, and MORE, by the
power of My right hand, through My High Servant:
